Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary technical contact for customers
- Deliver both remote and onsite support effectively
- Manage customer onboarding workflows and timelines
- Keep customers informed about their implementation status
- Update project records in CRM tools for each customer
- 3+ years in a technical customer support role
- Strong knowledge of the Golf Industry
- Understanding of business networking principles
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Availability for extensive travel
