With a minimum of five years' experience, you will handle complex incorporations, corporate filings, and minute book documentation efficiently. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential as you provide vital support to our legal team and clients. Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and file corporate documentation and articles
• Draft closing documents for transactions
• Manage minute book documentation and filings
• Compose business registrations with provincial initiatives
• Review and analyze corporate records for compliance Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years as a Corporate Law Clerk
• Completion of Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario Certification
• Good standing with the Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario
