Role Overview
As the Talent Business Partner, you will lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation. Working closely with business leaders and hiring managers, you will act as a trusted partner to attract, hire, and retain top talent while supporting broader HR initiatives that strengthen our people and culture. Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, North America, this role blends strategic partnership with hands-on HR delivery in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition
• Develop and execute fully comprehensive sourcing plans, analyzing requirements to determine target profile needs and matches.
• Conduct and facilitate candidate interviews, managing interview schedules with panels
• Proactively source and engage candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other career platforms.
• Engage with active and passive candidates leveraging innovative approaches to attract top talent
• Maintain best-in-class candidate experience.
• Provide guidance to hiring managers on best practices for interviewing, evaluating, and selecting candidates
• Maintain and analyze recruitment metrics and KPIs to assess the effectiveness of hiring strategies and refine processes accordingly
• Collaborate with department managers to create structured onboarding schedules and robust plans for new hires
• Support culture and employee engagement initiatives across the company, working to promote a positive environment
HR and Employee Experience:
• Oversee the employee experience for the Montreal office, ensuring alignment with company culture and values.
• Act as a visible, trusted presence for employees—fostering connection, collaboration, and a sense of belonging.
• Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance enablement, development planning, and exit processes.
• Collaborate on HR policies and employee handbook updates, adapting global practices to local requirements.
• Partner with Payroll, Operations, and Finance to ensure seamless HR operations.
Support and coordinate U.S. and Canadian immigration and global mobility processes, partnering with internal stakeholders and external immigration counsel to ensure a seamless employee experience and compliance with applicable regulations.
• Support employee relations, policy interpretation, and disciplinary actions when needed.
Key Skills and Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; CHRA designation an asset.
• 7+ years of experience in talent acquisition within the tech industry
• Good understanding of technical roles, skills and terminology
• Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and innovative sourcing techniques
• Familiarity with recruitment marketing strategies and employer branding
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to recruit across diverse departments and fill a wide range of roles
• Excellent project management and organizational abilities, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment team environment
• Effectively communicates analysis through Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint including high-quality messaging, structure and formatting
• Solid understanding of Quebec employment law and HR practices.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
• Skilled in HRIS platforms, analytics, and using data to guide people decisions.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a consultative mindset.
• High degree of self-sufficiency, adaptability, and confidence.
Understanding of, and previous experience with, U.S. and/or Canadian immigration and global mobility programs, including coordination of work authorization, visa, and cross-border employee mobility processes.
• Bilingual in English and French

À titre de Partenaire d’affaires en acquisition de talents, vous dirigerez l’ensemble du processus de recrutement, de la publication des offres d’emploi jusqu’à la négociation des offres d’embauche. En étroite collaboration avec les leaders d’affaires et les gestionnaires recruteurs, vous agirez comme partenaire stratégique afin d’attirer, recruter et fidéliser les meilleurs talents, tout en soutenant des initiatives RH visant à renforcer notre culture et l’expérience employé.
Relevant de la Directrice des ressources humaines – Amérique du Nord, ce poste combine un rôle-conseil stratégique et une implication opérationnelle dans un environnement dynamique et en forte croissance.
Principales responsabilités
Acquisition de talents
• Élaborer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies de recrutement complètes en analysant les besoins afin de définir les profils recherchés et identifier les meilleurs candidats.
• Mener et coordonner les entrevues, tout en assurant la planification des rencontres avec les différents panels d’entrevue.
• Effectuer de la chasse de talents proactive à l’aide de LinkedIn Recruiter et d’autres plateformes spécialisées.
• Approcher et mobiliser des candidats actifs et passifs grâce à des stratégies de sourcing innovantes.
• Offrir une expérience candidat exemplaire à chaque étape du processus.
• Conseiller les gestionnaires sur les meilleures pratiques en matière d’entrevue, d’évaluation et de sélection des candidats.
• Assurer le suivi et l’analyse des indicateurs de performance (KPI) liés au recrutement afin d’évaluer l’efficacité des stratégies et d’optimiser les processus.
• Collaborer avec les gestionnaires afin d’élaborer des parcours d’intégration structurés et des plans d’accueil complets pour les nouveaux employés.
• Soutenir les initiatives liées à la culture d’entreprise et à l’engagement des employés afin de favoriser un environnement de travail positif.
Soutenir et coordonner les processus d’immigration et de mobilité internationale aux États-Unis et au Canada, en collaborant avec les parties prenantes internes et les cabinets d’avocats spécialisés en immigration afin d’assurer une expérience employé fluide et le respect des exigences réglementaires applicables.
Ressources humaines et expérience employé
• Superviser l’expérience employé au bureau de Montréal en veillant à l’alignement avec la culture et les valeurs de l’entreprise.
• Être une présence visible et un partenaire de confiance auprès des employés, en favorisant la collaboration, l’engagement et le sentiment d’appartenance.
• Soutenir l’ensemble du cycle de vie des employés, incluant l’accueil, le développement, la gestion de la performance et les processus de départ.
• Collaborer à la mise à jour des politiques RH et du manuel de l’employé, en adaptant les pratiques mondiales aux exigences locales.
• Travailler en partenariat avec les équipes de la paie, des opérations et des finances afin d’assurer des opérations RH harmonieuses.
• Soutenir les relations de travail, l’interprétation des politiques internes et les mesures disciplinaires lorsque requis.
Compétences et qualifications
• Baccalauréat en ressources humaines, en administration des affaires ou dans un domaine connexe; le titre de CRHA constitue un atout.
• Minimum de 7 années d’expérience en acquisition de talents dans l’industrie des technologies.
• Bonne compréhension des rôles techniques, des compétences et de la terminologie associée.
• Excellente maîtrise de LinkedIn Recruiter, des recherches booléennes et des techniques de sourcing innovantes.
• Connaissance des stratégies de marketing de recrutement et de marque employeur.
• Excellentes aptitudes en communication écrite et orale.
• Expérience démontrée en recrutement pour des départements variés et des postes de différents niveaux.
• Solides compétences en gestion de projets et en organisation, avec la capacité de gérer plusieurs priorités simultanément.
• Capacité à évoluer dans un environnement collaboratif, dynamique et en constante évolution.
• Excellente maîtrise de Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook et PowerPoint, notamment pour la préparation de communications professionnelles de haute qualité.
• Bonne connaissance des lois du travail et des pratiques RH au Québec.
• Excellentes aptitudes pour bâtir des relations de confiance, résoudre des problèmes et agir à titre de conseiller auprès des gestionnaires.
• Expérience avec les systèmes HRIS, les analyses RH et l’utilisation des données pour orienter les décisions liées aux ressources humaines.
• Grande autonomie, adaptabilité et confiance en soi.
Bonne compréhension et expérience préalable des programmes d’immigration et de mobilité internationale aux États-Unis et/ou au Canada, y compris la coordination des autorisations de travail, des visas et des processus de mobilité transfrontalière des employés.
• Bilinguisme français-anglais essentiel.
