Accounts Payable Clerk POST NUMBER: 485504
$22 - $24 per hour About the Opportunity
- Manage the full-cycle accounts payable process, including invoice review, coding, and payment processing.
- Process 20–30 vendor invoices daily while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Reconcile vendor statements and investigate and resolve invoice and payment discrepancies.
- Communicate with vendors to address inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain positive business relationships.
- Experience managing the full-cycle accounts payable process in a high-volume environment.
- Proven ability to process 20–30 invoices per day with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong experience performing vendor statement reconciliations and resolving discrepancies.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills when interacting with vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
