Dilawri Group is now actively searching for an Vehicle Sales Posting Administrator/VSP ( Deal Clerk) to join our team at 401 and Dixie Road, at our Head Office location in Mississauga .
Apply to this position if you:
- Have experience posting deals in a dealership environment
- Have intermediate Excel skills
- Have experience with CDK/OneEighty Software
Responsibilities:
- Process New and Pre-Owned Vehicles sales and related duties
- Ensure that correct payments are received
- Verify that sales documentation is complete (i.e., signatures, appraisals on trades, dealer install options, etc.)
- Balance gross with General Manager commission sheet and account for variance
- After posting, check balances of inventory and receivables schedules
- Prepare receipts for vehicle sales from New and Pre-Owned Vehicle Sales Departments
- Post manufacturer vehicle invoices and Dealer Trade invoices
- Post funding received from financial institutions/companies
Qualifications:
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Experience for posting deals required
- Previous accounting experience required
- Dealership experience is required
- CDK/OneEighty experience
- Computer literacy, Excel
- Ability meet deadlines in a timely manner
- Ability to work independently
- Organizational ability and attention to detail
