Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented Inside Sales Admin to join our team. The Inside Sales Admin is responsible for following:

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the inside sales team.
• Prepare and follow up on sales proposals and quotes.

Process sales orders and ensure timely delivery to customers.

• Assist with managing customer inquiries and resolving issues.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and order information.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals.
• Generate reports on sales metrics and performance as needed.
• Assist in developing and maintaining sales training materials and documentation.
• Stay up to date with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively support the sales team.
• Managing customer inventory levels

Must Haves:

• Proven work experience as a Sales Administrator, Sales Support Agent, or similar role in a sales environment.
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in business administration or related field is a plus.
