Your expertise will empower users and ensure information stays current for optimal self-service engagement. Key Responsibilities:
- Own and maintain help center knowledge base
- Translate complex information into clear content
- Create how-to guides and internal documentation
- Design in-app implementation guides for users
- Analyze metrics to improve content effectiveness
- 3–5 years in knowledge management or related field
- Familiarity with JavaScript for guide development
- Experience with authoring tools like LaTeX
- Strong written communication skills
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS
