- Administer configurations within parking systems
- Process and track work orders via SharePoint and Jira
- Troubleshoot account issues promptly
- Create and maintain operational documentation
- Edit HTML pages for customer-facing content
- At least 2 years of data entry experience
- Exceptional written and verbal communication
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong analytical skills for problem-solving
- Ability to work autonomously under deadlines
