Contract Specialist at CABHI

Drive impactful contracting solutions at the Centre for Aging + Brain Health Innovation (CABHI). As a Contract Specialist, you'll manage agreements and liaise with stakeholders while fostering innovation in aging and brain health. In this permanent full-time role, you will report to the Senior Manager, Operations & Corporate Performance. Your responsibilities will include negotiating various agreements, collaborating with both internal teams and external partners. With at least three years of experience in contract management and a focus on healthcare or innovation fields, you'll support the diverse contracting needs of CABHI's programs and initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and negotiate multiple types of legal agreements
- Collaborate with program managers on agreement terms
- Liaise with internal Legal Counsel and external parties
- Maintain a centralized contract repository accessible to staff
- Facilitate program operations discussions through meetings
- Undergraduate degree in business or health administration
- 3-5 years of contract negotiation experience
- Experience in healthcare or research fields
- Knowledge of tech transfer and commercialization agreements
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and contract management software
