Key Responsibilities:
- Review contracts and resolve client queries
- Independently negotiate diverse commercial contracts
- Manage contract-related information within IT systems
- Provide peer reviews and assessments on contracts
- Coordinate training and improve legal processes
- Law degree or Bachelor’s with 3-5 years experience
- Capability to assess transactions critically
- Familiarity with enterprise software tools
- Strong interpersonal skills across cultures
- Ability to meet deadlines under pressure
