Territory Business Manager (12 Month Contract)

Location: Brampton, ON - Greater Toronto Area.

Duration: 12‑month contract.

Compensation: $65,000–$88,000 CAD annually, plus eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus.

Travel requirement: 60% required.

Responsibilities

• Achieve annual sales targets within the assigned territory.
• Implement national marketing, trade, or banner‑specific programs to support customer and sales objectives.
• Demonstrate knowledge of Ascensia products, the disease state, competitive products, and market dynamics to exceed customer expectations.
• Sell and build relationships with pharmacy accounts and healthcare professionals.
• Maintain required call cycle – virtual and in‑person – to meet reach and frequency targets.
• Deliver sales presentations to targeted customers (Internal Medicine, Key GPs, Family Health Teams, Diabetes Nurse Educators, and Pharmacists).
• Collaborate with team members and management to execute business plans, analyze territory trends, and identify new business opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in healthcare sales.
• Strong communication competencies.
• Experience with pre‑ and post‑call analysis and planning.
• Knowledge of the healthcare industry selling process.
• Proven track record of developing, maintaining, and growing a large book of business within a designated geographic territory.
