Shape the future of healthcare in Ontario as a Prime Contract Manager/Project Lawyer. Join the WAHA Redevelopment Project focused on building a new healthcare facility in Moosonee. This $1.8 billion project involves managing contracts and ensuring compliance for a multi-faceted healthcare initiative. Based out of Toronto, your role will inherently connect with various stakeholders to facilitate a successful outcome through effective contract oversight and negotiation. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute main project contracts
- Coordinate meetings with diverse stakeholders
- Negotiate and draft sub-contracts
- Supervise contractual compliance and change orders
- Support project departments in contract execution
- Licensed lawyer in Ontario
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Strong background in construction law
- Excellent negotiation and writing skills
- Ability to analyze and manage risks
