Drive exceptional community engagement as a Community Management Specialist in a hybrid setup with our client in Richmond Hill, ON. Engage online customers and analyze sentiment to enhance brand presence. This temporary 12-month role focuses on building strong relationships with advocates and managing conversations across social media. Your ability to discern sentiment trends and track engagement will be vital in shaping brand communications and responses. Key Responsibilities:
- Engage effectively with social media users and fans
- Build personable relationships with advocates and creators
- Monitor forums for sentiment and emerging trends
- Support launches with proactive FAQs and engagement
- Organize high-quality user-generated content for storytelling
- Post-secondary degree in Communications or Marketing
- 2–3 years in community management or social media roles
- Strong written communication with audience adaptability
- Experience using third-party social tools preferred
- Bilingual in French and English is strongly preferred
