Lead Banyan Community Services as Chief Executive Officer, driving mission impact across Ontario. Oversee a diverse portfolio and a workforce of over 300 while enhancing service delivery and operational excellence. As the CEO, you will directly report to the Board of Directors, managing strategic priorities and ensuring the achievement of organizational objectives. You will mobilize resources, encourage collaboration, and promote innovations that elevate service quality across community programs. Your leadership will influence governance, risk management, and operational standards within a multi-site environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop policies and strategic priorities in alignment with Board goals
- Cultivate strategic partnerships to enhance community service access
- Lead the management team in effective program delivery
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and funding standards
- Foster a safe and inclusive workplace for all stakeholders
- A master’s degree in social service or related field
- Proven executive leadership in complex organizations of $8-10M+
- Strong financial acumen and public-sector funding experience
- Experience with union presence and labour relations
- Track record in leading organizational change
