Versapay Director, Software Sales Leadership

Drive innovation in software sales as the Director at Versapay, where your focus will be on Upper Mid-Market initiatives. Utilize your fintech knowledge to enhance team performance and accelerate revenue growth.
In this impactful role, you will lead a talented team of Software Account Executives while collaborating across various departments to align sales strategies. Your leadership will be essential in building strong relationships with clients and ensuring successful sales transitions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and lead a high-performing sales team
• Establish effective sales strategies and processes
• Address inquiries and drive negotiations with prospects
• Monitor and report on sales performance metrics
• Collaborate to enhance product-market fit
Requirements:
• Minimum of 7 years in a SaaS or Fintech company
• At least 5 years in a sales leadership role
• Experience with Upper Mid-Market or Enterprise sales
• Strong negotiation skills with finance leaders
• Expertise in sales methodologies and performance tracking
