N-able is on the lookout for a Sales Engineering Manager to guide and manage its global Sales Engineering organization. This critical position emphasizes the alignment of technical skills with effective sales processes, ensuring outstanding outcomes for both partners and prospects. Your leadership will define the vision and strategy for the Sales Engineering function.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and inspire global Sales Engineering teams
• Formulate and execute technical sales strategies
• Partner with Sales leadership for opportunity management
• Shape product development through customer feedback
• Recruit and mentor top-tier technical talent globally
Requirements:
• 8+ years in Sales Engineering or comparable fields
• Track record of leading diverse teams successfully
• Technical expertise preferred in Cybersecurity
• Bachelor’s in Engineering, Business, or similar
• Open to travel for collaboration as necessary
