Sales Specialists (base pay + uncapped commission)
- Guide customers through a personalized end‑to‑end sales journey by assessing needs, demonstrating product expertise, conducting test drives, and maintaining strong relationships that convert interest into loyal Lucid ownership.
- Own the sales pipeline and transaction process by managing CRM activity in Salesforce, meeting sales goals, facilitating financing and documentation, and coordinating closely with Financial Services and Delivery teams to ensure a smooth order‑to‑delivery experience.
- Deliver a premium, brand‑defining experience through clear communication, deep knowledge of the competitive EV landscape, and a goal‑driven mindset that pairs exceptional customer experience with high performance.

Retail Management
- Own market performance and business health by setting and executing sales, marketing, and operational strategies, analyzing KPIs and trends, managing budgets, and removing barriers to consistently meet or exceed targets across the retail studio(s).
- Drive local and regional demand generation by leading outbound marketing, events, and partnerships that grow brand awareness, increase market share, and translate high‑quality traffic into Lucid owners.
- Lead, develop, and inspire high‑performing teams by hiring and coaching talent, setting clear goals, resolving escalations, and delivering a seamless, premium customer experience that reflects Lucid’s brand at every touchpoint.
- Deliver a best‑in‑class customer experience by ensuring consistent, personalized interactions across the studio, supporting complex customer situations, managing VIP relationships, and serving as a senior sales advisor when needed.
- Own studio operations and execution by overseeing day‑to‑day retail performance, scheduling, merchandising, facility standards, and cross‑functional coordination to ensure a seamless, on‑brand customer journey from reservation through delivery.

Gestion du commerce de détail
- Assurer la performance du marché et la santé de l’entreprise en définissant et en exécutant des stratégies de vente, de marketing et d’exploitation, en analysant les indicateurs de performance (KPI) et les tendances, en gérant les budgets et en éliminant les obstacles afin d’atteindre ou de dépasser constamment les objectifs au sein du ou des studios.
- Stimuler la demande aux niveaux local et régional en pilotant des initiatives de marketing sortant, des événements et des partenariats qui renforcent la notoriété de la marque, augmentent la part de marché et convertissent un trafic de qualité en propriétaires Lucid.
- Diriger, développer et mobiliser des équipes performantes en recrutant et en accompagnant les talents, en fixant des objectifs clairs, en gérant les escalades et en offrant une expérience client fluide et haut de gamme qui reflète la marque Lucid à chaque point de contact.
- Offrir une expérience client de calibre supérieur en assurant des interactions cohérentes et personnalisées au sein du studio, en soutenant les situations complexes, en gérant les relations VIP et en agissant à titre de conseiller principal en vente lorsque requis.
- Superviser les opérations du studio et leur exécution en gérant la performance quotidienne, les horaires, la mise en marché, les normes des installations et la coordination interfonctionnelle afin d’assurer un parcours client fluide et conforme à la marque, de la réservation à la livraison.
