Senior EUC / Service Desk Support Analyst (VDI, VMware, Active Directory, French Support)

Role Description

This role requires strong expertise in End-User Computing (EUC), technical support, hardware/software troubleshooting, VDI environments, and customer-facing communication. The individual must be able to support desktops, laptops, network connectivity, VPN, Active Directory, and remote desktop tools while maintaining high end-user satisfaction. Canadian French language support is required.

Must-Have Skills

• Strong knowledge of End-User Computing devices (Laptops, Desktops, VDI)
  
• Ability to provide technical support over the phone
  
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
  
• Hands-on experience resolving infrastructure-related customer issues
  
• Ability to support network connectivity, PCs, and VPN issues
  
• Experience with Remote Desktop Client software
  
• Ability to resolve issues or provide effective workarounds
  
• Ability to anticipate customer needs and proactively identify solutions
  
• High enthusiasm and commitment to end-user satisfaction
  
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  
• Experience troubleshooting hardware issues for desktops and laptops
  
• Experience with Active Directory and desktop engineering
  
• Hands-on experience with VMware and VDI troubleshooting
  
• Ability to support Canadian French (24x7)
  

Good-to-Have Skills

• Ability to think creatively and propose solutions
  
• Knowledge of ServiceNow ticketing
  
• Microsoft certification
