CNA is seeking a Senior Claims Adjuster with a minimum of 5-7 years' experience in commercial property and casualty claims. The ideal candidate will interpret policy terms and conditions, coordinate investigations, and utilize negotiation skills for complex settlements. Strong analytical abilities and customer service focus will enhance your success in streamlining claim outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret policies to assess claims and determine coverage
- Coordinate investigations involving insureds and business partners
- Authorize payments and manage claims reserves effectively
- Develop intricate settlement packages through negotiation
- Identify potential fraud cases and collaborate with SIU
- CIP or progress towards completion of same
- At least 7 years commercial property/casualty claims experience
- Strong knowledge of transportation liability claims
- Excellent communication and urgent problem-solving skills
- Bilingual in English and French is an asset
