- Investigate moderate to serious bodily injury claims
- Negotiate settlements and provide excellent customer service
- Maintain organized claim files and manage deadlines
- Prepare large claims files for discussions with leadership
- Attend important mediation, trial, and arbitration sessions
- At least 3 years of casualty file handling experience
- College or university degree or equivalent_title
- Preferred experience includes Commercial General Liability
- Strong analytical and interpersonal abilities
- Willingness to travel as required
