Claims Business Performance Analyst

Reporting directly to the Manager of Claims Planning & Forecasting, the role requires 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis and reporting. You will create compelling variance narratives and identify financial opportunities while ensuring the integrity of financial data. Strong communication skills are essential for presenting to senior leadership. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate on annual budgeting and quarterly forecasts
- Lead evaluations of monthly and quarterly business performance
- Analyze expenditures to uncover cost-saving opportunities
- Transform raw data into structured insights
- Act as a business partner to Claims line leaders
- University degree in Business, Accounting, or Economics
- 3-5 years in financial management and business analysis
- Expertise in Excel and data modeling required
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated with analytical problem-solving skills
