Hybrid Commercial Auto Underwriter Specialist

In your new role, you will ensure underwriting integrity within the Auto portfolio, bringing over a decade of expertise in Commercial Auto. Engage in quality initiatives while mentoring fellow underwriters and updating industry-relevant guidelines. Your proactive approach will help establish a solid foundation for training and compliance within the organization. Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Technical File Reviews and audits
- Create engaging training programs for underwriters
- Update and maintain underwriting documentation
- Collect and analyze trends from audits
- Assist with Ombudsman complaints management
- Completion of Post Secondary Education
- Required CIP designation; FCIP is a plus
- 10+ years of relevant underwriting experience
- Proven auditing experience with actionable results
- Strong grasp of auto policies and compliance needs
