Responsibilities
- Identify and develop business opportunities in the pharmacy and healthcare professionals market.
- Grow commercial clientele and establish business development strategies.
- Propose financial strategies that optimize a combination of bank products and services.
- Manage a sophisticated clientele with financing needs ranging from 1 to 50million dollars.
- Adapt and optimize financial products and sales approaches to meet evolving client needs.
- Provide expertise in financing structure, financial analysis, and case evaluation.
- Prepare files, including analyses and financing structures, for companies.
- Negotiate with internal stakeholders (legal advisors, credit service, syndication service) and external stakeholders (legal advisors, other financial institutions, clients, prospects).
- Negotiate terms of agreements with clients to meet risk‑management standards and profitability criteria.
- Develop sales and business‑development plans.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree.
- Experience in business development and an established business network.
- Experience in underwriting and financing structuring.
- Rigor, teamwork orientation, and a thirst for learning.
- Established professional network with medium and large local companies.
- Interest in technologies and ability to share knowledge.
- Adaptability to different situations.
