- Perform risk analysis for quoting and negotiating
- Achieve production targets through broker engagement
- Lead business development meetings with brokers
- Communicate decisions promptly and professionally
- Mentor newer team members as needed
- Minimum 5 years in Commercial P&C underwriting
- Chartered Insurance Professional(CIP) designation preferred
- Valid Broker license or ability to obtain
- Strong relationships within the industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
