You will advise on design, construction, and operations while managing delivery teams, relationships, financial performance, and contracts. The position supports meaningful infrastructure improvements across Manitoba.Key Responsibilities:
Represent client interests and achieve strategic project outcomesLead multiple project delivery teams through successful executionReport project status using progress reports and meeting minutesMonitor financial performance, forecasting, revenue, and resourcesChampion Health & Safety standards and quality systemsRequirements:
Degree or diploma in engineering, business, commerce, finance, or related disciplineMinimum 10 years delivering capital projects in Indigenous communitiesCapital planning exposure for infrastructure developmentKnowledge of delivery models, contracts, construction, and financial managementAdvanced PMIS and MS Project scheduling knowledgeApply capital project leadership, infrastructure knowledge, and client management skills with Colliers Project Leaders across Manitoba.
