You are viewed as a senior executive partner by clients and firm leadership, directly accountable for the health, profitability, and growth of the programs and people under your leadership. This role blends deep delivery expertise with people leadership and strategic influence across the practice.What You'll DoOwn PMO performance across a portfolio of client programs, accountable for delivery quality, profitability, and client satisfactionLead and manage a team of Project Managers, overseeing their performance, development, and career growthServe as the senior escalation point across the portfolio for the most critical program-level risks and issuesSet and continuously refine delivery standards and PMO governance across your portfolioBuild and deepen executive-level client relationships, driving strategic account growth and long-term partnershipsOwn strategic resourcing and capacity planning across your portfolio, partnering with PMO and firm leadershipGuide clients on enterprise-level program and portfolio strategy, aligning with long-term business objectivesOwn executive reporting on portfolio health, risk, and outcomes for firm leadershipDrive business development efforts related to program and portfolio management engagementsRepresent Appficiency's delivery capability externally, contributing to the firm's reputation and market presenceContribute to practice-level strategy, including resourcing models, hiring, and PMO evolutionWhat You'll BringA Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field;
MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred8-10+ years in project/program management, with proven experience leading project managers or teamsPMI-PMP or PMI-ACP or equivalent certification is requiredDeep, expert-level experience with the NetSuite platform and enterprise delivery environmentsDemonstrated success building and scaling profitable, long-term executive-level client relationshipsExceptional strategic and business acumen, able to align portfolio objectives with firm-wide strategyOutstanding executive communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsSuperior judgment and decision-making ability under ambiguity, pressure, and competing prioritiesProven track record managing and developing project management talentAdvanced knowledge of enterprise architecture, delivery methodology, and industry best practicesWillingness to travel to client locations as neededMust be eligible to work in and travel to Canada and the United States.What Will Set You ApartDemonstrated success managing a portfolio of programs and a team of project managers simultaneouslyRecognized as a senior, trusted advisor at the executive level, both with clients and internallyStrong track record scaling client accounts and driving business development outcomesProven ability to develop Project Managers into future practice leadersMeaningful, visible contributions to firm-wide delivery strategy and PMO evolutionWhat Success Looks LikeYou are trusted to own and grow a portfolio of client programs with consistently strong outcomesExecutive stakeholders regard you as an indispensable strategic partner for their program and portfolio strategyDelivery standards and governance you've shaped are adopted and consistently applied across your portfolioThe Project Managers you lead are advancing in skill, confidence, and career progressionYou are a visible driver of business development and practice growth on the PM/delivery track
