Lead complex defense-sector projects for Colliers Project Leaders, applying project delivery and stakeholder management expertise across the Atlantic business unit.As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead multidisciplinary teams across defense and adjacent sectors. You will manage projects from implementation through closeout, support account growth, develop project professionals, and maintain financial health. The work includes municipal infrastructure, industrial, healthcare, and housing projects.Key Responsibilities:

Eight-plus years leading owner-representative project managementDefense-sector or adjacent-sector project delivery experienceExpertise in design, construction, operations, and contractsStrong stakeholder, client, financial, and people-management skillsSecret-level Federal Government security clearance eligibilityBring defense-sector delivery, financial management, and stakeholder leadership to Colliers Project Leaders’ Atlantic business unit.
