Lead complex digital transformation projects through agile, waterfall, and hybrid delivery while coordinating integrated plans, risks, milestones, and dependencies.This certified Project Manager supports a large-scale enterprise initiative spanning business, technology, vendors, and partner units. The work includes digital and business transformation for the Office of the Public Guardian and Trustee. Success requires coordinating cross-functional teams, maintaining detailed schedules, and communicating with senior stakeholders throughout delivery.Key Responsibilities:
Lead integrated project management across multiple units and workstreamsMaintain detailed plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and issuesTrack IT vendor delivery of the digital justice solutionPrepare weekly, bi-weekly, and ad-hoc project reportingCoordinate transformation roadmaps for product and process evolutionRequirements:
