Capital Sales Manager
to join our growing Sales Team. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who enjoys prospecting, building relationships, and collaborating with technical experts to deliver real solutions to customers. This position can be based in
Vancouver, BC. We offer a competitive salary, commission structure, and comprehensive benefits.
What You’ll DoAs a key member of our Sales Team, you’ll work closely with Process Engineers, Proposal Engineers, and the Salespeople to identify opportunities and convert leads into long‑term customers.
Your responsibilities will include:
Lead and manage a team of sales representatives and marketing support professionals.
Pursue sales and business development of mineral processing equipment and systems into the mining, aggregate and wastewater industries.
Collaborate with the Proposals Team, Engineering & Design Department and Mineral Processors Teams to ensure successful bid submissions.
Successfully negotiate and close complex contracts and proposals.
Drive global business development and marketing initiatives in capital sales, retrofits, spare parts and services.
Develop and manage Goals & Objectives for the Sales Team that include: short‑ and long‑term sales and marketing plans, sales forecasts and pricing strategies.
Ensure the Sales Team meets the Goals & Objectives.
Facilitate and maintain strong customer relationships and a high standard of service.
Provide professional and courteous post‑sales customer follow‑up to ensure satisfaction with equipment operation.
Maintain an accurate and up‑to‑date database using Salesforce.
Participate in industry conferences, tradeshows and industry‑related events.
Travel is required.
Other duties as assigned.
What You BringWe’re looking for someone who is driven, organized, and confident in communicating with both technical and non‑technical audiences.
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 5 years of sales experience with capital equipment in mining or related industries
Engineering degree required (Mining/Mineral Processing, Chemical, or Mechanical preferred)
Strong understanding of mineral processing equipment and system applications
Proven ability to consistently achieve or exceed sales targets
Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills
Highly motivated, self‑directed, and able to manage priorities independently
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce CRM
Nice to Have
P.Eng designation considered an asset
Familiarity with mineral processing equipment, mining, aggregates, or wastewater industries

Pay: CA$125,000.00 – CA$150,000.00 per year
