Sales And Operations Manager

Lead wholesale sales growth in Langley, British Columbia, using strategic planning and team management to strengthen revenue and operations. This position oversees sales and marketing initiatives.As an experienced Sales and Operations Manager, you will manage client relationships, brand reach, and team performance. The role requires market insight, financial analysis, CRM expertise, and commercial reporting. You will support existing and incoming product lines across wholesale operations.Key Responsibilities:
Lead, recruit, train, and mentor sales and marketing teamsBuild operating budgets and analyze financial performanceManage key accounts through engagement and site visitsOversee trade shows, promotions, and brand marketingEstablish sales pipelines, protocols, and CRM workflowsRequirements:
Five or more years of professional sales experienceSupervisory or management experience leading cross-functional teamsBachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related fieldProficiency with sales software, CRM tools, and Microsoft OfficeStrong communication, presentation, analysis, and strategic thinking skillsApply sales leadership, market insight, CRM expertise, and financial analysis to guide wholesale growth in Langley, British Columbia.
