Engineering Manager Capital Projects

Lead capital projects, utilities, and technical services as Engineering Manager at Maple Leaf Foods in a large poultry processing facility.This senior engineering leader oversees multidisciplinary teams supporting safe, reliable, efficient, and sustainable manufacturing. The position directs CAPEX planning, project execution, process engineering, technical documentation, training systems, utilities, and asset reliability. Engineering analysis, AutoCAD, and industrial manufacturing experience are central.Key Responsibilities:
Provide coaching and development for the Engineering DepartmentDevelop and oversee the site's CAPEX programLead capital project planning, budgeting, commissioning, and closeoutOversee project and process engineering teamsManage consultants, contractors, suppliers, and engineering firmsRequirements:
Bachelor's degree in an engineering disciplineTen-plus years in food or large industrial manufacturingFive-plus years managing multidisciplinary engineering teamsDemonstrated success managing large-scale capital projectsAutoCAD and engineering documentation systems experienceBring engineering leadership, CAPEX delivery, and manufacturing expertise to Maple Leaf Foods’ poultry facility.
