Toronto Human Resources Business Partner Role

Shape the future of HR as a Human Resources Business Partner with the Ontario Cannabis Store in Toronto. - Serve as an advisor on performance and workplace issues
- Support hiring decisions in line with HR policies
- Manage end-to-end grievance processes
- Conduct workplace investigations to address employee concerns
- Contribute insights based on HR data analysis
- Relevant post-secondary education in HR
- 3-5 years' experience in HR advisory roles
- Knowledge of labour relations and collective agreements
- Strong problem-solving and judgment skills
- Preferable CHRP or CHRL credential
