You will serve as a principal advisor to executive leaders, influencing company-wide People programs and driving organizational health. Your insight will be crucial in navigating transformation and scaling sustainably as you work to enhance team performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise frontline and executive leaders as a People strategy partner
- Drive people strategies with an integrated multi-year framework
- Identify organizational risks and recommend proactive solutions
- Lead complex organizational design and transformation efforts
- Provide executive coaching to senior leaders in various functions
Requirements
- 10 years of progressive HR/People Business Partner experience
- Robust background supporting Finance and Product functions
- Expertise in organizational design and employee relations
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Deep knowledge of employment law across jurisdictions
