Finance Business Partner Manager Role

Elevate your finance skills with Four Seasons as a Finance Business Partner Manager. This hybrid role focuses on FP&A activities to support Digital, Online Retail, and Jet business lines. In this managerial position, you will report to the Senior Director of Finance Business Partner, taking charge of budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Your role will include financial modeling and insights to drive investment decisions and enhance operational performance across various commercial sectors. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead budgeting and forecasting for Digital business
- Provide variance analysis for performance management
- Support investment decisions through financial modeling
- Partner with Digital teams for financial plans alignment
- Manage Retail and Jet P&L reporting and forecasting
- University degree in Finance, Business, or Accounting
- 5-7 years of FP&A or finance business partner experience
- CPA, MBA, or equivalent finance/accounting qualifications
- Strong capabilities in budgeting and financial modeling
- Excellent proficiency in Excel and planning tools
