You will be a leader within the Finance Business Partner (FBP) team supporting our businesses and reporting to the Finance Director. The team is a group of highly motivated, strategic minded and dynamic individuals that support and manage the finance function for our growing businesses.

What will your typical day look like?

 

As a Senior Manager leading a team within the Finance Business Partner team, you will play a leadership role in strategic planning and forecasting, financial reporting, and analytical activities for our businesses. A key part of the role will be acting as a Business Partner to the business in enhancing financial performance with data-driven recommendations, building financial frameworks / processes to mitigate risks and delivering thought leadership to innovate/ scale emerging businesses. You will also oversee periodic, quarterly, and year-end close activities to ensure accurate management reporting. Furthermore, you will lead a highly engaged, skilled, and sought-after team that is client focused and collaborates with senior executives. 

About the team

 

Reporting to the Finance Director, this position is responsible for leading a team of finance professionals who act in an advisory capacity to support the business to grow and invest. This role works directly with Managing Partners, Chief Operating Officers, and leadership teams of our businesses to drive the performance through business insights and in-depth, forward thinking analysis. The team also collaborates with other enabling areas to help achieve the business’s strategic aspirations.

You are someone with these required skills: 

 

• Experience: 8+ years in finance roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
• Finance designated (CPA, CMA, CA preferred)
• Business Partnering Expertise: Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate financial insights into strategic decisions.
• Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Advanced skills in financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario planning with a bias for action. Strong problem-solving and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Team Leadership: Track record of coaching and developing high-performing teams.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to work seamlessly with operations, strategy, and executive leadership.
• Executive Presence: Strong communication and storytelling skills to convey complex financial concepts clearly. Ability to balance detail orientation with big-picture perspective.

 

It would be great for you to have some of these nice to have’s as well: 

 

• Commercial Acumen: Solid understanding of business drivers, market trends, and risk management
• Systems Knowledge: Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel/BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Data-Driven Mindset: Comfort with leveraging analytics for decision-making. 

Total Rewards

The salary range for this position is $104,000 - $215,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
