Elevate HR practices as an HR Business Partner in Ontario with a leading retail company. Provide strategic advice to store managers while ensuring HR compliance and handling employee relations. This HR Business Partner role focuses on advising store managers and supporting employee relations in the Ontario area. Candidates must have a university degree and experience in employee relations and investigations. You will play a key role in driving the HR strategy throughout the organization. Key Responsibilities:
• Advise store managers on HR policies and practices
• Support employee relations initiatives effectively
• Ensure HR compliance across the Ontario region
• Conduct investigations related to workplace issues
• Promote a positive workplace culture and environment Requirements:
• University degree in a related field
• Proven experience in employee relations and investigations
• Strong understanding of HR legislation and compliance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
