- Prepare monthly reporting to lawyers, including accounts receivable and unbilled disbursements.
- Efficiently prepare and maintain 200 trust reporting schedules in Excel and produce accurate monthly reports for clients.
- Reconcile and validate large sets of data between various sources.
- Perform regular reconciliations of trust balances against PC Law and bank statements to identify and resolve differences.
- Execute wire transfers, ensuring all banking details are verified, and entries are recorded in the general ledger.
- Act as liaison with accounting and condominium teams to ensure deposit accuracy for each project and resolve discrepancies.
- Perform other ad hoc duties as required.
- Proficiency in MS Office and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities with attention to detail and focus on accuracy.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple competing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in PCLaw.
- Experience completing wire transfers and financial reconciliations.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Operate with high autonomy to manage daily workflows and complete all deliverables.
