Our client is a Canadian-based global financial services company. They are looking for a Billing Analyst to join their team!

- Support day-to-day billing operations across multiple business units
- Assist with period-end and ad hoc billing processes to ensure deadlines are met and client reporting is accurate
- Coordinate with internal finance and business teams on fee collection, invoice preparation, and accounts receivable management
- Contribute to process improvements and quality control initiatives within billing systems and workflows
- Support the preparation of management reporting and identify opportunities for enhanced reporting capabilities
- Participate in system enhancement projects and operational improvements
- Provide technical support and training to internal stakeholders across finance and operational teams
- Handle additional ad hoc tasks and assignments as required
- Post-secondary education in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Demonstrated experience with billing processes and accounts receivable
- Familiarity with billing or revenue management platforms (experience with specialized systems considered an asset)
- Strong understanding of financial services or investment operations environments
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, macros) and reporting tools
- Experience with data visualization or BI tools (e.g., Qlik or similar) is an asset
- Exposure to financial systems or platforms used for reconciliation and reporting is preferred
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
- Effective communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at various levels
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
- Collaborative team player with a strong work ethic
- Interest in continuous learning and professional development
Salary Range
$60,000 - $70,000 / year
