The purpose of this role is to coordinate the transactional (AP/AR) between the local team, offshore team, and the business units on a day-to-day basis for dentsu's alternative media income products. We are looking for someone to work in our Montreal OR Toronto office.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor, expedites and escalates Media Bill Pay activities
- Coordinate vendor invoice processing, process customer billing including intercompany billings
- Preparing and dispatching monthly reporting
- Monitor Work in Progress in collaboration with Revenue Ops Associate to revalue WIP or identify billing triggers as necessary
- Support the on-boarding of new alternative income products and the continuous improvement of processes with existing products ensuring dentsu best practices are adopted whenever possible
- Maintain business contacts within query resolution tool to streamline query routing
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in Billing, Project, WIP domain
- Intermediary Excel capabilities
- Fluent English language skills, French is a nice to have
- Knowledge of Media Ocean and D365 an asset
