Job Description
Entry level position available working within the billing department, requesting billing for all agencies.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with team members and SFS Client Finance to:
• Request media and production billing for all agencies
• Sort billing
• Transferring Interco-billing to share drive
• Run unbilled reports ( Accent, Writer)
• Verify billing requests
• Dealing with billing issues
• Work with SFS Client Finance on billing related issues
• Audits
• Other duties as required
Qualifications
Skills & Experience Required
Working knowledge of
DDS/Mediaocean would be an assetShift flexibility with the
ability to work over-time on an emergency basisDetail oriented
Basic Excel knowledge
Proven ability to work well in
a fast paced environment
Education and Experience:
Post-secondary education required
