- Oversee billing operations
- Manage Accounts Receivable and collections processes
- Lead and develop the Billing and AR team
- Work with internal stakeholders and team leads
- Monitor outstanding receivables and drive collections performance
- Support process improvements and operational efficiency
- 7 years of Billing and Accounts Receivable experience
- 3 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity
- Professional services background required
- Legal industry experience strongly preferred
- Ability to oversee both billing and collections functions
- Experience managing teams and working with stakeholders in a professional services environment
