- Contribute to the monitoring of liquidity metrics including LCR, NCCF, and NSFR and analysis of wholesale businesses
- Support forecasting activities by preparing analysis and assisting in maintaining liquidity models.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Treasury, Risk, and business lines to gather relevant information and provide insights.
- Develop liquidity analytics and visualizations (e.g., dashboards) to enhance monitoring, forecasting, and decision-making.
- Apply data science techniques (e.g., data modeling, statistical analysis, scenario analysis) to improve liquidity insights and risk identification.
- Prepare materials and analysis to support senior management reporting and decision-making.
- Support regulatory submissions, policy reviews, and ad hoc liquidity analyses.
- Follow established policies and procedures to ensure strong governance and control.
- Foundational experience or exposure to Treasury, Capital Markets, Liquidity Risk, or Finance/Accounting.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and support problem-solving.
- Ability to contribute to solving structured and moderately complex problems.
- Working knowledge of data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Python, SQL, or similar tools).
- Familiarity with data science concepts, statistical analysis, and building analytical models is an asset.
- 3-5 years of experience in finance, accounting, treasury, or capital markets (co-op/internship experience considered).
- Post-secondary degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
- Progress toward professional designation (CPA, CFA, FRM) is an asset.
