About the Opportunity

• Front?End Planning (FEP):

• Coordinate and facilitate front?end planning processes. 
• Review project scope, Work Breakdown Structures, and Basis of Estimates. 
• Develop integrated, resource?loaded project schedules (Primavera) incorporating scope, risks, budgets, and constraints. 
• Establish project budgets, contingency, and milestones. 
• Support and author business case summaries to ensure accuracy and quality for monitoring and control. 

• Project Monitoring & Control: 

• Maintain updated conceptual phase schedules. 
• Ensure alignment between source systems and project control systems. 
• Perform weekly schedule updates, cost and schedule analysis, and forecasts. 
• Facilitate reporting, variance analysis, and recommend corrective actions. 

• Change Management:

• Ensure adherence to approved change control processes. 
• Prepare and obtain approval for change documentation. 
• Update project cost and schedule following change approvals. 
• Perform “What?if” analysis and maintain baseline integrity. 

• Cost & Schedule Quality:

• Maintain accurate project schedules reflecting current execution plans. 
• Reconcile financial systems with project controls systems. 
• Ensure accurate forecasting and schedule quality, including critical path and dependency management. 
• Monitor and verify standard project reports for accuracy. 

• Purchase Order Analysis & Reporting: 

• Ensure source systems align costs with assigned budgets. 
• Populate project control systems to capture and monitor costs. 
• Monitor contractor performance against project plans and identify discrepancies. 

About You 

• 8 years of experience in project controls or project management within large, complex environments. 
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. 
• Primavera P6 certification is required. 
• Experience with ECOSYS project controls software is required. 
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform cost and schedule variance analysis. 
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders. 
• Proven ability to maintain schedule quality, cost accuracy, and compliance with governance standards. 

Pay Range
$92.00 - $92.58/hr
