Sales Manager for Michaels in St. Charles
Michaels Stores
Lead a high-performing sales culture at Michaels in St. Charles, Missouri. Drive strong sales results while cultivating an engaging customer experience in a retail setting. As a Sales Manager, you will support the Store Manager by ensuring compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and managing key sales initiatives. Your role focuses on coaching customer-centric behaviors, improving conversion rates, and driving customer satisfaction. Leadership during operations will be key, especially through Manager-on-Duty responsibilities and maintaining service standards. Key Responsibilities:
• Assist Store Manager with adherence to SOPs
• Model and coach top-tier customer service and selling behaviors
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage to uphold store operations
• Oversee POS and Self-Checkout systems for smooth transactions
• Promote Loyalty Rewards Program for customer retention Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of retail leadership experience
• Ability to lift 25-50 pounds and stand for long periods
• Effective communication and team development skills
• Availability for nights and weekends
