Property Administrator
Fengate Asset Management
The Fengate Property Management team is seeking a Property Administrator who will support the daily, site operations of a portfolio of buildings within the GTHA.
Requirements
- Prepare and process invoices for payment and respond to requests from Accounting & Administration.
- Distributing memos and communication materials to all tenants.
- Establish and maintain professional working relationships with tenants, vendors, building security, cleaners and various contractors to ensure smooth operation of the property.
- Assisting with the packaging of meeting materials including agendas, minutes, property management reports and attachments, financial statements and any other meeting materials.
- Receiving incoming requests for service from residents and responding accordingly.
- Assist on tenant relation functions and monthly/quarterly reporting requirements.
- Assist in maintaining property-specific emergency procedures.
- Maintaining key logs and records of fob devices.
Qualifications
- Post secondary education.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills to coordinate multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Experience in a property administration role.
- Experience with Yardi is an asset.
- Proficient with MS Office Suite, including Copilot.
