Sales Team Leader at RONA

Drive sales excellence at RONA as a Sales Team Leader. You'll motivate a passionate team while ensuring top-level customer service and operational efficiency in every interaction. As an integral part of the RONA retail leadership, you'll guide the Sales team towards achieving ambitious goals. Your leadership will focus on fostering a culture of sales and service, enhancing customer experiences, and ensuring staff training and motivation. Help create long-lasting relationships with retail, professional, and commercial customers while controlling store operations alongside the Store Manager. Key Responsibilities:
• Set daily sales objectives for team members
• Inspire sales performance with recognition and feedback
• Build strong relationships with customers
• Promote excellent customer service for a unique experience
• Collaborate on the annual operating budget and expenses Requirements:
• 3 years in a leadership role within retail
• Proven team motivation and coaching skills
• Flexible availability for store needs
• Strong urgency and results-driven mindset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Lead RONA's Sales team to deliver outstanding service and drive customer satisfaction.
