Outside Sales Representative at RONA

Drive success for RONA as an Outside Sales Representative focused on construction sectors. Grow your client base through relationship building and achieve ambitious sales targets. RONA is seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative with a strong background in multifamily construction. Your role will revolve around actively prospecting within your assigned territory and fostering existing client relationships through regular visits. You will promote value propositions, create tailored orders, and collaborate with internal teams to optimize the sales cycle. Key Responsibilities:
• Prospect new clients actively within assigned territory
• Develop strong relationships with existing clients
• Exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team goals
• Coordinate delivery with expediting team and RONA Direct
• Provide accurate product information and material estimates Requirements:
• Experience in prospecting and telemarketing
• Knowledge of multifamily construction (mandatory)
• Proven sales skills and exceeding targets
• Valid driver's license with travel commitment
