Inside Sales Representative at Wajax

Drive customer satisfaction as an Inside Sales Representative with Wajax in Port Hawkesbury, NS. Excel in up-selling and delivering superior service while using strong telephone sales skills. Wajax is seeking a full-time Inside Sales Representative to enhance client relationships and facilitate sales of industrial components. In this role, you will develop client profiles using CRM software, meet customer expectations, and generate new sales opportunities. • Develop and maintain client information using Wajax's CRM

• Recommend specific products based on customer needs
• Prepare tenders and project quotations for sales reps Requirements:
• Technical diploma in industrial field or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of mechanical power transmission and hydraulics
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
