Lead strategic consulting initiatives at CitiXsys as a Consulting Manager, acting as a liaison for partners and customers. Drive project success while enhancing customer satisfaction through expert consulting support. • Serve as the main contact for clients and partners in your region

• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities with existing clients Requirements:
• 10+ years in pre-sales or functional consulting roles
• Strong understanding of retail technology and customer journeys
• Proven track record in managing complex projects
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
