Engage with a seasoned Legal Team to navigate legal complexities while solving business challenges with effective legal solutions. Key Responsibilities:
- Review and draft various commercial agreements
- Support due diligence and claims management processes
- Offer legal advice on regulatory compliance issues
- Identify and assess legal risks affecting company operations
- Collaborate closely with business leaders to drive informed decisions
- 2-4 years in corporate/commercial or M&A law
- Experience with public companies in the industrial sector
- Must be licensed to practice in Ontario and/or Quebec
